I called 3 other companies first thing on a Monday morning and Jack at Ace was the only one that picked up the phone. He stopped by to assess the situation and returned in the afternoon with supplies to complete the repair. My garage door is working great now!!!

The gentleman who came did amazing job and taught me many things I did not know about garage door openers (esp springs). He went out of his way to do everything even though his smart phone, one of his business machines, had broken and was difficult for him to handle.
