Ace Garage Door service and repair llc

I was surprised when I got a call immediately from Nick. He was there in a couple hours to tune up my garage doors and set up an appointment to replace my openers the next week. Excellent customer service!

Nick , who came out to assess the problem with my garage door opener and then fixed it, was professional, kind and knowledgeable.

Nick was quick to respond. Did a great job and was reasonable. I definitely would recommend him

Great service

Very professional. Especially in an emergency. He went well beyond a normal service call to accommodate our time constraints.

Excellent!!

Nick went out of his way of what I would normally expect to get me back in service. Nice guy

Of the several garage door companies I contacted, Nick was the first person to call me back and the first person to show up at our business. Very professional and the work done promptly and efficiently. His prices were very reasonable as well. He will always be the first and only person we will contact if we have further projects in the future.

Replied very quickly, top notch job. Very satisfied

Service was prompt, very efficient, thorough, very professional, solved all my problems and serviced three garage door set ups.

Great Service !

Company called, answered all my questions, gave me an estimate, and did the job the next day. When my husband pulled his truck into the garage, the antenna was right up against the new system. We called to let him know of the problem, and he came out and adjusted it right away.

Company Called right away and came out next morning.

It's an excellent company and he gets the work done..

Absolutely recommend ACE! Responsive communication, fixed exactly what I needed done quickly.

Did a great job and now no problems with garage door!

Came out immediately and fixed my tracks. Let’s hope it lasts!

Easy to work with

Professional, timely, and customer friendly!

Responded to request very quickly and came out the following day to provide a **free evaluation**. The door drop was adjusted and WD40 sprayed on tracks. I was charged $165 for this. My issue was the opener was not working and was tripping the circuit breaker. He put in a temporary code and said everything OK. The opener did not work! Called and I was told I needed to press a button on the motor. Why was I charged if I was going to do the repair/reset? After going back and forth I had a friend reset the opener! Nice man but needs to make appointments not just show up. Experience very frustrating. Glad to see others were very happy with the service.

Nick was prompt. He came on a Sunday. He was polite and informative

Fast, friendly, professional, knowledable and a true pleasure to Erik with. Highly recommended.
