Ace Handyman Services Fairfax County

Incompetent workers and incompetent back office staff. Minor projects are too complex for ace handyman and their employees. First handyman was unable to install a basic vent fan successfully. They sent another 'Master electrician' who was quick to leave job site after he was having issues installing properly. Vent fan was cycling and he told me this was normal, eventually he switched the timer switch to my light switch and light switch to timer to resolve this since he was not capable of doing it correctly. Can't recommend at all

Beware Ace Handyman Services. They do not offer estimates. They do not document your work requests. They do not document the work they do. They do not document materials they purchase. They do not care about the quality of the outcome. They charge unreasonable rates for work that in no way can be verified. They only care for how many hours they can bill, no matter what work is successfully accomplished. This was a very costly lesson we had, trying to work with them. We learned other handyman services may operate in a similar way. Beware!! Do not hire any handyman that will not estimate the work or guarantee the outcome. Avoid this company if you care about your hard-earned money.
