New Window - Single
The 2 Craftsmen did not get along. As a result, they were both trying to do the project their own way. They also seemed like they did not want to be there and rushed through, doing a sloppy job. My carpet is stained from expandable foam insulation and I had to do a lot of sanding to get the fingerprint and dirt off my unfinished wood so I can stain it. Customer service is trying to make it right, but I do not know how they can rebuild any trust in their service.

Andrew was great to work with. He is very polite, smart, and knows what he is doing. The horse stall was a little challenging due to pieces missing from the kit but he figured things out that worked well. Thank you Andrew!!

We had a great experience with AHS. Caryn is extremely friendly and thorough. Andrew was awesome and empathetic when we ran into some unexpected issues. He was unable to complete the project he was primarily there for (door install and needed to reorder due to delivery damage), but he took care of some other projects we had and was very understanding. We will definitely be having them come back for the original project and already have other projects in mind for future, as well. Extremely happy.
