"Ms. C., we are thankful for the opportunity to assist you with two of your home improvement projects. Our team practices and focuses on exceptional service and we make the effort each and every job to go above and beyond. We are sorry to hear that you feel we did not meet up to your expectations and we understand that your husband in the past had done all your handyman work on your own properties which understandably sets the expectation of cost and price when having it done internally. You hired us to install and texture a large section of drywall in the living room on one of your properties and to also install backer board and drywall in a bathroom that had been completely gutted. Your original request was for us to install 3 sheets of drywall and textured. The original estimate was based on your request. Once the craftsman arrived, it then was discovered that the project scope was different than what we were advised and that was brought that to your attention immediately. We were happy to take on the additional work but we did let you know that it was more work than what we were told on the phone and explained that to you, however, you decided that you did not want to pay for the additional charges and have us proceed. To help you out our craftsman even stayed there and worked extra hours that were never billed you for because he truly wanted to help your tenants get their bathroom back to being usable again. All materials purchased for any job are either used on the job or any extras are always left on-site and become the customers. We are known for our honesty and integrity with each and every customer and have proceeded the same with your projects. It may have taken more time to complete your bathroom remodeling but we were not there four weeks. You advise that several of the contractors that you hired prior to us you had problems with including scheduling and their workmanship. Unfortunately, due to other contractors that you hired for your bathroom remodel you had postponed our appointments several times because the new tub and plumbing had not been installed, once we were called out it took us 3 days to complete your projects for a scope that was given to us. Once Again, we are sorry that you feel frustrated with your service that is not what we as a company ever want to hear. We want you to know that we care about our customers and if you ever need our help in the future, we would be happy to help."
"We are glad we were able to take care of your windows situation and yes, you are correct that our skilled worker should have had the longer ladder with him. With regards to not having caulk with him, he did, but it was explained on the phone when you contacted us and advised what you wanted to be done that we would get any special materials needed once we reviewed the job. Based on the area we were told over the phone that you wanted to seal, plain caulk is not what we would use. We make sure what was being sealed is done with the proper sealant for that job so we often purchase specific products after viewing the situation. We understand your frustration with having a leak on your carport roof and needing someone to help you with that project, we do not take that lightly. With regards to the leak on the aluminum roof unfortunately we were not asked to find the leak, we were asked to seal some areas pointed out to us. We were advised that you had a company out before us and you were not pleased with them and that it was still leaking, then you contacted us. We were directed to seal a specific area (at the beam) and not asked to find the leak. We even returned a second time when you notice it leaking in another area. Out of good faith, we did not charge for that even though we were not hired to find the leaks but to just seal areas pointed out to us. It was explained that you really need to have someone detect where the leak is coming from in lieu of just sealing areas suspected of possibly being the problem. The recommendation is still to reach out to a company that specializes in pan roofs and to examines the seams where the water may possibly be intruding at. Though hiring a company that does that work maybe a little more expensive, but they are the specialists of pan roofs, carports, and repairing those types of structures. Once again we stand behind our work, commitment to our customers, and to you, that is why Mr. C. was already advised we were sending you a refund in good faith for the charge to seal the pans. Though you may be frustrated because leaks are annoying, we came back a second time unlike the first company you hired and try to assist. We do care and are very good at what we do. We apologize that we could not provide you the service needed for your carport but an aluminum roof specialist is the type of contractor you need. I would recommend again to have someone hired to detect where the leak is coming from before sealing anything. We appreciate your patience and understand your challenge with the leak especially when you are preparing to sell your home."
"Thank you George for your feedback. We will always strive to give you the best service. We hope that we can be of service to you in the future!"
"Thank you Vivian! We thank you for your business and we're glad Phil provided you with awesome service!"
"Thank you for your latest review shown below. We appreciate your patience due to the weather and for us to professionally remove the previous product applied by someone else so that we could deliver you a completed and well done look to your doors. "Difficult Job Well Done" "Jeff tackled a tough refinishing job of two Therma Tru Fiberglas Doors. Finding a stripper was very difficult because the product recommended by Therma Tru is no longer on the market. He found a very good product at Sherwin/Williams. It was time consuming, but very effective. Rain interrupted the project, but he came back today and finished the doors and reinstalled the hardware. The doors look very good. The doors are 8? x 36? so they?re big. I feel he?s very qualified to complete a Fiberglas Door refinishing project"."
