We had 14 drawer handles installed. They failed to tell me that I had to have the drawers empty to the depth of a large electric screw driver. We were surprized that he didn't have the attachment to allow working "around the corner." While we had several sizes of screws, he was able to provide break off screws for one set of drawers. We needed metric for the IKEA handles. We purchased an around the corner attachment to complete the job after we bought metric break away screws. He did a nice job of cleaning up afterwards, arrived on time, and got things lines up nicely. I would have been ahead financially to have purchased the universal template from Rockler as my husband requested so he could do the work.

Good work. Expensive! Cost over $1000 to fix a 2 foot by 2 foot area and I already had the replacement tiles. To their credit, the estimate they have before starting the job was accurate. So, no complaints there. Overall, they are good company with good work. I would recommend.

Handyman Matters offered many flexible times for which to schedule my project. The handyman showed up on time, dressed professionally, and respected my home by cleaning up after himself when he was finished. He did a great job, and my husband and I couldn't be happier with the results.

He did a great job. Great price for the work. He replaced the ceramic soap holder in our bathroom and it looks like new. The only thing I didn't like was he was a little slow in communication, especially by email. Overall he did a really good job and came on the agreed upon time, I would highly recommend him and I will definitely keep his card for future jobs.

He did a great job on replaaing the battery in the smoke detector, he did fix the track for our kitchen drawer - but warned us it may be only a short term fix. The track really needs to be replaced and that is something the customer must supply. The handyman we had previously used would go to Home Depot and purchase items such as this and do the replacement. He attempted to switch the cold and hot water valves for our washer, but decided something was wrong with the valve and suggested we call a plumber. Our water flow has been restricted since he worked on this.

Was very dirty on the job, used my luxury towels to clean up plaster in bathroom. The paint job was shabby as he dipped a brush that had white dried up paint into my colored version and painted so I have a patch that shows I changed my light fixture.

The first day the worker showed up 3 hours late. Things happen so I let it slide but nothing got done. When they did not show up on time the 2nd day I spoke with the owner and he left the supplies that they purchased as compensation since I had to take 2 days off work and as a physician that is nearly impossible and costly to me & the fact that these 2 days were wasted waiting for someone without any work getting done was unacceptable to me. The owner was polite but the bottom line is that nothing was accomplished and I had to hire another company to complete the work.

Very responsive and professional. Project ran about twice as long as expected and we were still charged the original quoted amount. The work they did was excellent and will hire them again for future projects.
