"Mr. Matthew C., Thank you for your review of your job that we completed 2 1/2 months ago. This is the first that we have heard that you have another post that was damaged by the same storm. We replaced every post that you asked us too, (did not charge you for a 10th post). We also did not charge you for the extra hours and the jackhammer rental that this project required due to the fact that the original fence installation was incorrect. Please Remember that AHS warranties all of our work for 1 year. If you are having issues, please reach out to us via email or phone call. We have repaired several wooden privacy fences and I apologetically say to you that we appreciate you as a customer, and while the job was a bit more difficult after the existing overuse of concrete was exposed, we would appreciate the opportunity to repair, under warranty terms, this new issue that has appeared. We understand that you are a very busy businessman, however, we need to be notified if you are requiring warranty service. We advised you that if there were any more to be replaced, we would do that for you, as you were only charged for 9 posts, knowing that IF you need assistance with yet another post, we would help you. We do not always require a physical estimate for things like this as the problem was not exposed until the work began, which often happens in this industry, Thank you again for your business and the time you took to review us.
