I changed to Ace couple years ago as I couldn't get furnace repaired by installer. They fixed it the very 1st time. Very happy with service for furnace and air conditioner twice yearly service. Would recommend them for great service. Susan

My A/C went out and I was scheduled for surgery the next day. Ace was the only company that was willing to rework their schedule to fit me in the same day. Within a couple of hours the tech arrived, assessed the problems with the system and had me back up and running within an hour. I truly appreciated them going the extra mile to help me out at one of their busiest times of the year. Highly recommended.

We were not given any information regarding a loan or interest rates until after furnace, air conditioner and humidifier was installed. Would have like to have gone over numbers first. Other wise great experience.

Got my furnace up and running. There were some things I didn't know and the technician was very kind in explaining it to me and didn't talk down to me.

They did a great job. They were reasonable in pricing. The customer service was also great. One negative: They need to wear shoe covers.

Tim the owner was very fair and he let me know what was needed and actually talk to me about some other things that were not furnace related and helped me make some decisions there as well

He came in and had it installed in no time. It is a great thermostat. I would hire him again.

The true problem was discovered after the ACE visit. The thermostat for the furnace was defective. This was not discovered by ACE. The furnace unit, installed by the contractor responsible for construction of the modular home, was insufficient for the size of the home. (Probably to reduce cost. The contractor left the country due to at least 6 other victims of his poor workmanship and defective work.) The furnace had to be replaced and was done by another firm.

They did a good job and got us all fixed up.

I feel like they did well overall and found out we actually had a leak in our furnace and it needed to be replaced. Initially they didn’t tell us we had a much larger unit than we needed so they quoted a high replacement cost.... with further digging we were told we could go with the smaller unit but it literally only saved us $100.... Overall felt like they knew what they were talking about but was a little disappointed in the whole sales process. Would still recommend.

They are honest, knowledgeable and fair. They didn't try to sell me more than I needed, and actually told me ways I could save money. I will call on them again, when needed.
