First, let me say, I’ve had home inspections done in the past but never as thorough and comprehensive as this one. The inspector is named James, and he is consummate professional. All areas and systems in the house ( roof, electrical, wall, floors, grout, tile, kitchen cabinets, plumbing, garage, etc) were throughly inspected, photos taken, and a comprehensive report with photos and videos submitted to me. The inspection report delineated findings versus industry and code standards. Following the inspection, James discussed each area with me. I would highly recommend him.

James exceeded my expectations. I hired James to conduct a home inspection for my new build home while I conducted the final walk through with the builder. Throughout the process James was extremely professional and found a number of issues that neither I nor the builder would have found without him. The report that he provided was above and beyond what I have seen previously. He completed it the same day and it detailed all facets of the structure, electrical, gas, plumbing, etc and included pictures as well as detailed findings. Additionally, I was able to access the report online and download both a full report and a summary report containing any defects to be resolved. I was then able to forward the report to the builder, the same day, with the list of items to be resolved prior to close. James is fast, detailed, professional, and responsive. I would recommend James and Ace Home Inspections to family, friends, or anyone looking to purchase a home.
