Garry contacted me the next morning after I booked an online appt. He was genuinely vested in my concern for possible bad air quality in my home. He arrived early for our appointment and was quite thorough in explaining and showing me what he was doing and what the numbers meant. We discussed options that made me feel like he wasn't trying to sell me everything he had in the store. He also provided me with alternative solutions to try. It was an amazing experience. Price changed at last minute. I don't think it was worth what I paid and owner was unnecessarily communicative. I don't give out my cell so ppl can text me whenever they feel like it. Not very professional.
