Terrible experience with an icemaker repair. "Pro" did not actually diagnose the problem......just immediately starting replacing the entire icemaker and then OVERcharged for the new icemaker and added $100 for his half-hour of labor. Icemaker only worked about 2-3 weeks and he promised to return and honor the warranty. Made me sit around waiting for him an entire night and has not responded to any of my numerous phone messages over the past month.
