I had a terrible experience with Ace Kitchen and Appliances when they renovated my kitchen. The entire process took 2-3 weeks longer than promised, STILL NOT FINISHED! which was frustrating from the start. But the real problems began with their poor craftsmanship. To begin with, the pantry wasn't even properly secured to the wall, and I noticed nails carelessly sticking out of the cabinets. The kitchen sink was shockingly installed backwards. On top of that, many of the cabinets were scratched up, and to make matters worse, they damaged my floors and walls during the installation, leaving scratches on both and peeling paint off the walls. They didnâ t bother sealing the cabinets or the sink correctly, leaving gaps and an overall unprofessional finish. The soap dispenser for the kitchen sink wasnâ t installed at all, and their carelessness didnâ t stop thereâ they even damaged my front door by forcing cabinets through without properly opening it. Overall, I am deeply disappointed with Ace Kitchen and Appliances. Their lack of attention to detail, careless handling of my home, and delays have made this a nightmare renovation. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Was doing the install of my kitchen cabinets myself till I realized the freaking lazy sue wouldn't go up the stairs (brownstones have very narrow staircases). Angel advised that lazy Susan's should be put together INSIDE of the apartment, not already assembled....sigh. The guy who sold me the cabinets failed to mention that. Ace came in, broke the lazy sue down, reassembled the lazy sue as well installed the rest of the cabinets. They did an EXCELLENT job.

The company thrives in paying attention to detail and providing any support as needed once the service paid for is rendered. They work with quality material. Iâ ve enjoyed observing their work throughout the years from the traditional cherry wood kitchens to the modern kitchens Ace elevated our space and Iâ m immensely impressed by their work. I love the touch of gold knobs or accents on their newer designs.

Angel, is great! The install our new cabinet for the kitchen and they look great! He was very responsible, he did everything exactly as I ask him! I will recommend him!!! He love what he does! When you love your job is not a job! He knows what he does!!!
