Pro did not complete the job. Did not show for set appt 3 times. 4th attempt plumber showed up dug 1/2 of the ditch for gas line and said would be back at end of week and never showed up. Tried to contact and no response. 2 weeks later no response and left yard with trench.

Overall a great experience! He was prompt and communicative. Not a 5.0 because the price he charged was slightly higher than the one quoted. He chalked this up to Home Advisor fees. Would recommend, just make sure you clarify costs upfront!

He was supposed to move the location of the plumbing to accommodate a vanity install. The vanity did not fit and one of the water lines leaked right after he left.

He was timely, which was an asset. He did not have a mask on o told him I was disappointed. He said he had had covid but he could go back and get one. As I was masked and vaccinated I did not push it. I told him I just needed the pilot light restarted as I am too old to get down on the floor. He said I had a really old heater. Actually, it is only 8 yrs old. He said I would probably need a new gas valve. I said why not just start the pilot light? He did, all was, and has been well. I really felt he was trying to sell me a new system. I am glad I knew better. He may be good at other things.

I had an emergency pipe leak and they came and had it fixed within a hour. I will use them again.

Adrian was prompt and friendly. He went above and beyond the problem solving of hooking up a new outdoor gas line, and removing and diposing of our old grill. Would recommend !

He answered promptly and scheduled a time to look at the problem. Toilet pipe was leaking. He was late showing up, fixed it but was still leaking after he left. He came back later that day and did something else but said he would come back in a day or 2 to finish. He never called, I messaged him a week later and he said he would come in 1-2 days and never called again. Charged me $185 for nothing. He is unreliable. Do not use this plumber.

Did the job right.

Adrian, from Ace Kolles, left a mess (didn't shut the valve on old water heater and dripped rust across the carpet as he took it out). Then he charged me $500 more than his initial quote. I tried to contact him immediately after, and he would not answer or return any of my calls. But the scary part is that he tried to pass off a 2 year-old water as new. I found this out after a month when I called the company because the water heater was not working. I came to find out that not only did Ace Kolles try to pass off a used water heater as new, they had taken out the gas flow regulator, and there was a very real possibility that it could have exploded. And having a child sleeping in the basement with the water heater it really scared me. I would not hire this company!!! Typically I do not encourage litigation, but when making a buck overrides safety, this may need to be the next step! Additionally, if this is what I can expect from HomeAdvisor, I will not be using them in the future either :( Finding people like this on the website does not build trust.

Prompt. Understood what I requested, and did everything I requested of him. Cleaned up behind himself. I couldn't tell he had been there, but for the job was done.

I asked on the phone if he needed to know the make and model of the toilet but he said no because "they;re all universal." He came and looked at my toilet. Then he left because he needed to get the correct parts. But he said he would be back and its been four weeks and he never came back, now I have to find someone else to do the job. At this point it is urgent since he never returned. I tried to call him back but it kept saying his voicemail was full, so I could never reach him. In this time that he was "MIA" I ordered the parts myself and they arrived within 48 hours. Now I have no plumber to use them. He also left a big mess and never cleaned up after himself.

Project involved moving a gas line in the basement. Part of a basement remodel. Contractor promised to pull a permit for the work. Its been 2 weeks and the permit has still not been pulled. Evidently his license is not current or insurance up to date. This is holding the project up. The city will not inspect the work without the required permit. We are disappointed to say the least.

Came when expected Understood what we wanted done and did a great job at a great price. Very personable. Iâ d hire him for any work we need done in the future.

Gas fireplace is now working

Had a pinhole leak in a pipe. Came out the same day and repaired the issues really quick. we discussed replumbing the washroom and I am very confident that he can take care of this project for me. I would most certainly recommend Adrian.

This guy knew nothing about fixing a small issue on my fireplace. At one point he made it worse where it was not working. Charged me 185.00 even though he never fixed it. I told him I was better off then when I started so he said someone had to pay my gas. Now I have to pay more to have it done correctly. Could not even put it back together right. Maybe plumbing is his deal but definitely not fireplaces. What a waste of money. Have not had Good luck with Home Advisor and would never use them again!

Responded at once to my call, and was here within an hour. Water heater repair was effected within another hour. I was very pleased with the service I received and the professionalism demonstrated by Mr. Kolles. Highly recommended!

I needed my gas appliances disconnected, then reconnected because of a new flooring job. Adrian was able to do the job on the dates I needed, not having to wait for someone else and put off the flooring job. We emailed, talked on the phone, and he followed up with text to verify the job. I was pleased that he came back on a Saturday to reconnect the appliances.

Ace installed two new toilets. He emailed before the appointment time to confirm. Arrived early and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Exceeded expectations in every way!
