I am a retired Information Technology (IT) professional with over thirty years of experience in many facets of computer technology featuring Help Desk Support, Analysis, Design, Database Administration, Programming, and Systems Administration. I bring to you years of experience from the Navy and as a consultant to the federal government. I am a committed professional to the fields of computer support for small businesses, teleworkers, family computers, and home networks. My expertise lies in Windows based PC?s with software issues (configuration, viruses, operating system failures). My services exclude MAC computers, all peripherals, and hardware issues. My work is professional, timely, and thorough, offering four-hour windows to serve your needs with Phone, Remote, and Onsite support. I love what I do and hope you love my service.
