Ace Sealcoating

Hired them to replace my driveway. They subcontracted it out to a terrible company that did a horrible job. $25000 down the drain !

It was very easy and the staff were great to work with.

They came when I was told they would be here. Very efficient . The crew leader was very friendly and explained exactly was going to be done.

First of all they do not do their own work, they use sub contractors. The owner of the company was rude when I called, no customer services skills. They want to excuses they want to shift the lame and do not take responsibilities. They are just desperate to get the money instead of wanting to work with you,

Excellent customer service skills. Steve and his crew were very personable. Steve always stayed in touch and they paved my driveway even sooner than I had hoped for. I was happy with the price and very appreciative of the Veteranâ s discount. I highly recommend them.

They did a great job and were easy to work with from start to finish.

Cost was very reasonable. I had a dirt and stone mess with giant holes in the front of my house. When it rained we had ocean front property! Stones and dirt was tracked into the garage and clog the drains. Now I have a beautiful front parking pad of about 65 feet. The work was done in about 1 and a half hours. There were 7 guys and every one had a specific job. It was well orchestrated. All were courteous. We are very happy with the way it turned out.

Adam, salesman/owner promised nice driveway. My son-in-law works for an asphalt plant and even mentioned. I do not want my name being tarnished at the plant so you will definitely get a good job. Project was done manually no paving machine. It is the roughest drive I have ever been on. Adam even agreed that it was a bad job. I asked him to repair the whole driveway as none of it is smooth. He has not contacted me to do the repair for a poor job. I will not recommend this company to anyone. Of course never pay cash period and hold final payment until you can drive on surface.

Good driveway. Horrid service. I have never written a bad review before. I am hoping I am an anomaly. This was the worst contractor experience of my life. It started out great. I was pleased with the estimate, and Steve inspired confidence. Then there were THREE no call/no shows. (Weather was not a factor on any of those days.). I got up early, moved cars, got neighbors to move cars, took time off, and nobody showed. Contacting people was difficult, and they all blamed somebody else. Promises were made and not kept. My driveway looks great, but I am not sure it was worth the high blood pressure and stress and delays and lost work. After all my complaints and all the apologies, I was definitely expecting some compensation. Nope. Full price for less than adequate service. Good driveway. Horrid service. If I could do it over again I would hire someone else. All it takes to keep people from getting this angry is a phone call or text. This company does good work, but communication is AWFUL. Hire them if you have a lot of patience, and do not care when they show up.

Could not be happier. These guys take their time and do the job right. Other companies I have used in the past value speed ($$$) over quality . The product applied also seemed more viscous to my eye .Will definitely be using Ace in the future !

The driveway on the edges is wavy not straight and the surface is uneven. When contacting them got no response.

They did a good job.

I feel that I cannot rate them at this time. Had driveway installed in November and having problems with loose stones coming up and some rough spots. I have spoken with them and was told I have a 2-year guaranty. He said they would look at problem in the spring. Hopefully it will be corrected.

They were on time, efficient and pleasant to work with. They were the only company that was willing to do some crack filling before doing the sealing so I was thrilled.
