Thomas was courteous and professional and he gave me excellent advice about possible water damage due to a toilet leak. He was able to contact Entrusted, a company that works with Ace Solves It All, to get a same-day estimate for remediation and repairs. Highly efficient and we feel that this ongoing problem in our bathroom will finally be repaired!

Ace Solves it All for Plumbing re-pipe of the home. Very satisfied with the overall work. Took 8 hours to complete. Did excellent entry work throughout the house with minimum entry points of pipes needing repair at openings. Good skill.

He was EXTREMELY professional and was a joy have to work with. He called a water restoration company for me as well that got back to me tje very next day which helped me immensely. He was so helpful even though it was later in the night and I know he had had a long day but not once did he slow down his work and helped with getting to know where they problem was so it so it could be fixed. Inwould recommend ACE anyway especially for Bryan to come of I ever have any other issues.

We had a persistent problem with our guest bathroom toilet not flushing and our tub not draining. ACE came out and after having no success with standard procedures and sending a camera down (which we viewed), it was obvious that our 27 year old plumbing needed a major clean out. They gave us a quote, which we accepted, and sent out Juan Fuentes and his partner and they were amazing. The clogs were tougher than expected, but they went the extra mile and worked tirelessly for hours to clear those lines. They even went and got another machine to help with the issue. Juan made sure every line in the house was cleared and we saw the camera footage to prove it. What a difference from the original images we saw!!! Ace is not the cheapest option, but if you want the job done RIGHT, then choose Ace. After watching those two men in action for hours of hard labor, we know that no other company would have gone to that extent. We are now confident that our plumbing has been restored.

Job was to check Air conditioner system. This option was not included in the work task options He explained step by step the review of the AC system and what needed repair. He made the changes and reviewed that the entire system was running correctly. Also advise of future upgrades that can be done for better functionality. Very professional and courteous.

Adrian did a great job at finding and remedying the problem in no time flat . He also gave me an estimate on the cost of getting much better water pressure . I can see myself choosing Ace Solves it All in the future. Thanks for sending Adrian, he was a great person for the job !

The technician Brad, showed up on time, was able to verify the issue and had the water heater replaced within about an hour. Work performed was high quality. Overall very happy with the work Brad has done!

We needed to replace our kitchen faucet. Dan was here on time. He called to inform us of his arrival. Dan reviewed the problem area, got right to work. His work was neat, organized, area was clean upon completion . Dan also conducted a series of test to our water supply and fully tested the equipment installed. Great Job Dan!!!
