Joe was very professional and he was knowledgeable about the A/C system we have now and the prior air conditioner we had on the home. He was clean and left no mess inside or out for us. He answered any and all questions we had to our satisfaction. When he was completely done, he gave us a detailed explanation of everything he did and checked and how everything was doing. He serviced or AC unit send upon inspection noting mold build up. i had him clean the cabinet. He explained why a UV Light would keep milf and mines from building up. I had him do the install. Overall very satisfied with our technician Yadir.
