Juan and his associate were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.They arrived at 0800 to replace and install toilets and water softener system. I appreciated them arriving early, plus the updates on the arrival tracking was a bonus. They were careful, cleaned up afterwards, explained what was done and how to care for equipment. Thank you! Julio and a co worker took apart my air handler and cleaned all parts of mold and bacteria. They rebuilt the box that handles the return air and replaced pvc drain lines. A leak was detected and a third worker came to help with that issue. When all resolved, it was returned to working condition like new. It took all day but they were very professional.

Repipe whole house, water heater replaced and new water softening system on 5/9/26. Here it is July 10, 2026. No permit has been issued so the job is still not complete. Not happy.
