Ace & Sons Insulation, Inc.

Blown in insulation was blown into the entire back of my home as they did not block the cold air return. The entire back of home's furniture and flooring which included a bed were covered in insulation due to the insulation blown into home through cold air return. A desk top computer and monitors were covered in insulation. Took 6 expensive shutters off the front of home and destroyed the mechanisms that hold the shutters to the brick work. We had to purchase new mechanisms and reinstall the shutters ourselves in 30 degree weather outdoors. Workers left cigarettes butts along the entire area where they were outdoors. Worker(s) were spitting on the ground in our yard numerous times while they were working. This company was hired by us to do the walls and attic. After the performance on the wall insulation, we fired them before letting them do the attic. We asked for an allowance for the poor performance and it was not nearly enough that we considered adequate. Their was a threat by the company to sue us for payment. We paid but vowed to rate them poorly. This work was done over a year ago and I am disappointed that Home Advisors has them as a qualified contractor on their site.
