Said they repaired, but situation with refrigerator did not improve. Deli drawer was freezing. They would not come back nor refund my money. We paid them almost $300 for nothing. Eventually the water line froze; thus we had no water nor ice available through the frig. We called them repeatedly. One time they did call us and set up an appointment, but they did not come. Since then they will not answer when we call. Assume the know our number and are avoiding us.

Really great service and surprisingly fast response. I was delighted how quickly I had an appointment. Repair was done correctly, and I was back in business. Would have been 5 stars, but technician was late.

The man and his son came and checked my window a/c. It it had just stopped running. He said he would give me a call the next day with a price on a new fan motor and the price of a new a/c. Haven't heard from him since and that was a week or so ago! The only reason o gave customer service 1 star is because they called very soon after I sent my request to HomeAdvisor!!
