Extremely happy with the quality and speed from the team. Felled 7 trees, ground stumps (plus some additional) and removed all debris from the yard in a single day. Would highly recommend to anyone look for a great deal and quality work.

I installed solar panels in my roof and i needed the tree to be gone cuz the shadow, At the begining i thought i could do this my self , but after seeing the experience these guys have i was nowhere close to what they did. The crew show up on time, they brought all the equipment, worked fast and always keeping an eye on not damaging the house or fence , and let everything clean. 100% recommended.

Ace did an excellent job... trimmed trees to neighbors and our request (neighbor did not like our tree branches near their roof... Because the squirrels would jump from our tree to her roof. They also trimmed the branches over our power lines. They cleaned up well, and they kept their quote. I definitely will use them again.

GUYS AT ACE TREE EXPERTS CO. WERE AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE FOR US/ DELAYED JOB 3 TIMES STRETCHING OUT OVER MONTH AND A HALF AFTER RECEIVING DOWNPAYMENT. EXCUSES WERE: "CHOPPER BROKE"/ "PROBLEM WITH OTHER CLIENT SO HAD TO GO TO THAT JOB INSTEAD OF YOURS." CAME AND LEFT SEVERAL TIMES / CUT SOME BRANCHES / LEFT NEVER TO RETURN AND NEVER TOOK COTTON WOOD TREE DOWN AS CONTRACTED FOR $4650.00 WITH EXTRAS ./ DAMAGED NEIGHBORS PROPERTY. SHOULD HAVE KNOWN SOMETHING UP WHEN THEY CHANGED CONTRACT MIDSTREAM TO SAY THE $4650 WOULD BE DONE IN 2 PARTS /$1500 FOR TAKING ALL THE BRANCHES + THE SMALL WEED TREES DOWN ; AND $3000.00 FOR THE REST: COTTONWOOD TREE TRUNK/ STUMP DOWN AND ROOTS GRINDED AND OTHER EXTRAS + CLEAN UP. I QUESTIONED JOSE AND JULIO SEVERAL TIMES ; "BUT YOU ARE GOING TO DO THE WHOLE JOB AND TAKE DOWN MY TREE AND GRIND THE ROOTS AND NOT JUST THE BRANCHES ;RIGHT?" HE SAID "YES ; OF COURSE WE ARE GOING TAKE THE WHOLE TREE DOWN" . I HAD NO REASON TO DOUBT HIM. WAS I WRONG! JOSE SAID "WE ARE NOT FINISHING JOB BECAUSE WE DON'T GET ALONG WITH NEIGHBOR AND NEIGHBOR REFUSED TO SIGN PAPER SAYING HE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR HIS OWN HOUSE, GARAGE ,AND TREE ; AND HE WONT HOLD US RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE WE DO". "HE REFUSED TO SIGN THE PAPER; SO WE ARE NOT GOING TO FINISH/ WE QUIT.; GET SOMEONE ELSE" TOLD JOSE " OF COURSE YOU'RE LIABLE FOR THE DECK DAMAGE YOU DID TO THE NEIGHBOR!"AND THEN TO ASK ME " DO YOU THINK THE NEIGHBOR WILL PAY $800 TO TRIM ONE OF HIS BRANCHES IN THE WAY? " UNBELIEVABLE.!...APPARENTLY HE DIDN'T PAY AS JOSE SAID "WE DID HIM A BIG FAVOR" AND NOW THEY'RE LIKELY CHARGING ME FOR THAT ;BY KEEPING MY $1500 DOWNPAYMENT SAYING IT WAS FOR CUTTING FEW BRANCHES AND NOT EVEN ALL! THEY NEVER TOOK MY TREE DOWN; NEVER TOOK ALL THE BRANCHES DOWN; AND ABANDONED THE JOB CONTRACTED TO DO! IF YOU WANT THE SAME; THEN GO AHEAD AND CALL THEM!
