Have someone interpret Spanish for you since it's important to communicate about the project aspects. We had a large patio installed and replaced old steps to rear entrance. Very good work, they know what they're doing. If you want to retain any old stone etc, be sure to tell them.

Merlin Acevedo does EXCELLENT work. My house proud neighbor highly recommended the Company so I did not look at online reviews. The negatives are mainly due to Merlinâ s limited English. We just communicated via google translate and sharing photos-no problem. My projects grew as I saw the quality of his teamâ s work. I used Danish brick, which is a mix of colors. Merlin showed up with a truck of bricks but not as mixed as I would like. He drove the bricks back his source and reloaded a new truckload. He built a natural stacked stone wall. He dug underground 2 feet and reinforced with rebar(other contractors that I consulted were going to cut corners). He dug up a large brick patio to find a slab of concrete underneath- his guys broke it all up without asking for an additional fee. He came with a team of 7-all very hard working, all polite, but mainly Spanish speaking. use your phone ti translate. Acevado is worth it!!!!!

They did good work but not what I wanted. The owner spoke very little English and had his 2 young daughters ask as a translator, miss communication I wanted pavers and I stoop and I got a concrete patio and a stoop. Had to hired another company to get what I wanted. Do not hire them unless you a fluid in Spanish.

There was a very difficult language barrier. We do not speak Spanish and the workers spoke little English. The completed job looks very good.
