The two men who showed up to clear my driveway and walkway of snow were timely, courteous and professional. My only issue I had was the result. They used a snow blower and shovels to remove the snow. While they removed the snow, there was still ice on the driveway. I noticed my neighbors who had their driverways cleared with trucks with snow plow blades had better results, with little or no ice. One of the men indicated they may acquire a snow blow blade for next year. Overall I was satisfied with the results.

They were prompt to call me back when I searched them on HomeAdvisor. Their representative was friendly and very accommodating with my schedule. They were on time and cleaned the driveway and front porch--they even put salt down. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

They did a great job under trying conditions and were very professional and speedy.Added rock salt to my very steep driveway which was a plus.

He showed up promptly to clean the gutters. However, unlike most gutter cleaning services I have had in the past he did not dispose of the contents of the gutters. He blew out the gutters in the yard and bushes and left the contents there. He did blow leaves off the deck that fell from the gutters.

They called ahead arrived ready to work. Once started the crew didn't stop until they had cleaned out our vast system of gutters and cleared walkways. The price was competitive and quality of work very good. Good company and well recommended.

Broke water nozzle but didn't tell me. Left water faucet to hose on in freezing weather. Poor job cleaning gutters

They arrived on time and worked very hard to hang my Christmas lights and to be sure everything was correct - they even ran to Walmart to get an extension cord we needed - I will definitely use them again - thank you Ackerson Roofing for a job well done!
