Jim was fantastic and the office was helpful.

Jim did a great job. He fixed some closet doors, windows, installed a light in a closet and put tiles in the shower. Jim was very knowledgeable and and did great work. He was also very neat and cleaned up after the jobs were done.

I've used them 3 times and am satisfied with each of those jobs. They caulked the tub and mounted a fan to the wall, repaired the leg under the bathroom sink and caulked the same sink, and installed a new shower head. Everything's functioning successfully. No complaints. Also, they sent a different technician for each job and all 3 of those techs were professional gentlemen and knew what they were doing. Plus, they called a week later to check in to make sure we were happy with their services.

Our tech showed up in a Mr Handyman van and was dressed professionally. He wore booties to protect our floors. He completed the work in the time frame we had discuss and I was apply to pay online using their easy online payment program. I would definitely use them again!

Showed up on time. Work done quickly and efficiently. My shoulder is bad and I am retired and could no longer do the repair.

Very expensive work, unresponsive to ongoing situation, unprofessional email communications--The bill was very high, they did not check back with me as it was a situation that needed to be watched but not left unrepaired forever, and the email communications are ridiculous (17 copies of the final bill sent one right after the other!). They finally gave me a discount, I paid, but I do not recommend.

Hans was my handyman and was professional,courteous,responsible and very knowledgeable. I would recommend him and Mr. Handyman . I also needed to have a roof trim replaced and used Mr. Handyman. Jon did a great job and he was also professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. I am very glad I found Mr. Handyman. Also Brittany is the person I contacted and found her to be very professional and helpful and NICE.
