They called the date they were scheduled and moved appointment to the next day. The did show up on time the following day and did a great job. However I am still waiting on my receipt!!

Workmanship was good, and they provide me with several options not just one. Was very happy with the final product and will hire again for this type of work. Only reason they did not get 5 stars is because they never showed up on time. but once they were here they went straight to work until the job was done.

Both John and CJ did a excellent job. I was satisfied with the work performed. All ripples in the carpet were taken care and they even did somethings that weren't in the original quote and didn't ask for a increase in payment.
