Never shows up on time. Told me he had experience with wood flooring, which he had only installed one small bedroom before. Started painting didn't know what he was doing and got paint all over the the wood trim and my range top. Took off trim all over including my skylights and never put it back. My in tire house was messed up for two weeks to do here small rooms. Marked up the front of my new paint kitchen cabinets and left it that way. I gave him $280.00 to pick up trim and vent covers and told him to bring me the receipt and change and he said he couldn't find it. His bid was $1700.00, I gave him $1900.00 plus $280.00 for the trim and vent covers I didn't get the receipt for. Took off the floor vents cover And he bought the wrong size and took the new ones with him and just left the holes in the floor. He didn't have rags for the caulking clean up, I gave him two hand towels he left them in my sink wet and dirty. Wood work an hour or so then leave to pick up his kids. Didn't ever show up with the right tools so he would leave again for two or three hours to go find some. I have pictures of this two week joke that went on if anyone wants to see them. When this all started I told him I was going in for heart surgery and needed this done. I 65 year old widow, never have I been treated like this in the past. Hire him at your own risk.
