Hands down the best quote on replacing a heat pump, nobody came close. Plus it included new filter box and thermostat. Jeffâ s crew was fast and addressed all my issues. Noting the slant on the concrete they added a leveling slab too. As a smaller company Acme doesnâ t finance over ten years, but the savings is gigantic if you can swing it. So no surprises, kept promises and pricing. Would use againâ ¦ in fact plan to when water heater needs replacement. Responsive and thorough. Highly recommend.

Jeffrey was the last person to call me. I had already spoken to 5 other different technicians (quote price continued to drop as calls were coming in). Jeff's price was the lowest of all and left me wondering why. Jeff offered to bring to my place a smaller electrical unit to cool down my place. in fact, he was here 3 hrs after we spoke. That alone was enough for me to hire him. Him and his partner were great. FYI: He will add whatever percentage credit card charges him to your total bill.

After I registered with Home Advisor, Jeff was the first person to call and called in like 5 minutes of registration. He was friendly and very knowledgeable pertaining to HVAC and had the best quote. After having 3 different consultations, ACME was the first to quickly come up with a fix and schedule the installation. They have also provided create post work customer service.

Jeff with Acme did a thorough assessment of my HVAC system and gave us options. The company uses Goodman, but I’m sure they will use a different brand of choice. We ended up researching Goodman Unit and were satisfied with the excellent ratings. They gave a very affordable quote for installation and was able to install in a week. We ended up ordering thermostats from GA power and they didn’t deliver until the day after they installed the the unit and they came back the next day to install my thermostats for us. I would definitely hire them again! Thank you Acme

Jeff is extremely knowledgeable about all types of HVAC systems, plus he is going to give you a better rate than all the other companies because when you work with Jeff you cut out the middle man. Our unit died this spring of 2020 and we fielded offers for 5 other companies to get a replacement. We did all the research for different brands and SEER ratings, double vs single stage, etc.. What we found was that when you talk to the other companies, you get a sales person 90% of the time, and they just want to make their commission by upselling you. When you talk to Jeff, he is just going to shoot you straight and get you the best deal and recommend whats best for your situation. Any reputable company/brand is going to stand behind their product, so it really boils down to the installer and Jeff is as good as they come. He is fairly new to home advisor so he doesnt have 300+ reviews like some other companies, but dont let that scare you away, he has been doing this for 20+ years with hundreds of installs. I highly recommend you at least include ACME in the quote gathering process, you will not regret it.

Jeff and the team at Acme Heating and Air were amazing to work with. They took time to listen to my concerns as a customer and educate me on the merits of the various options I was considering to completely replace the HVAC system in my home. After getting quotes from many sources, I selected Acme because throughout the quote process they were focused on doing what it would take to do the job right, rather than doing just the minimum to get a new system up and running as other contractors were proposing. In the end, at Acme's suggestion, I ended up going with two smaller systems, rather than a single large unit in order to address what has been a chronic lack of HVAC in the bedrooms of a two story house. My family and I could not be happier with the result. For the first time in the 12 years we have lived in our house the temperatures are consistent on all three floors (Upstairs, main floor and daylight basement). As the install got underway, my opinion of Acme only improved. In the process of trying to retrofit two systems into a 45 year old house that was originally built with a single unit, there were a number of issues that presented themselves that could not have been foreseen during the quoting process. As each issue popped up, Jeff and the team were quick to troubleshoot and keep the project moving forward. I highly recommend Acme Heating and Air for any HVAC work you need done!

Throughout the whole process he was very responsive and nice to work with. I obtained a handful of quotes and Jeff and ACME were the most competitive and best quality of work. I felt as if I was in good hands with Jeff and his team. I would recommend him to others looking to replace a unit or someone to service their existing unit.

Jeff was able to get a great price on a Goodman unit and completed the install quickly. We ran into an issue where the company gave him the wrong furnace, but he reinstalled the correct one the day after the issue was recognized. He was transparent and did fantastic work. The unit is perfect for my home and keeps it very comfortable. I highly recommend Jeff for HVAC replacement!

Jeff delivered what he promised. Him and his helper Flex were great. They accomadated my work schedule and got my broken furnace out and new one installed befor the tempures dropped that night . Jeff wass concered about freezing weather the forcast and three days after my consult my heating problems were solved. I will use Acme again for and heating and air needs in the furture.
