About us

Here at Acme Integration, Our business is owned and operated by the Hanley family, and has evolved many times over the years. Acme Electric was started in Spokane, Washington in 1945 by Arch Hanley as a radio and appliance repair store. Over the years the business evolved to sell televisions in the 1950s, appliances in the 1960s, computers in the 1970s, furniture in the 1990s, and eventually wrapped it all together with Custom Home Automation in the 2000?s. Believing that Home Automation is the future of the business as Arch?s grandson, Jason Hanley, opened ACME Integration just over the Idaho border in Post Falls in 2001. Bringing home entertainment and home security into homes all over the inland northwest. Today, with offices in Idaho, Washington and now in Scottsdale Arizona, ACME features the nation's best Home Automation brand, Crestron, and is staffed by professional system designers, installers and programmers.

$300 was a lot to connect a sound bar to my tv. They charge a $300 one hour minimum, which is fine. It was charging an additional $50.00 for a $6.00 cord that left a bad taste in my mouth. The two guys they sent to do the work were very nice and knew what they were doing.

Wayne and Jason did a great job, it is so nice to work with a top notch firm that does not try to up sell a new system. In fact, they specifically said they would not put any more money into the WiFi system at this time recommending an off the shelf big box store mesh system which worked great and was 3K cheaper than the quote from their competitor to address the WiFi issues in the house.

Jason was excellent. Made time quickly to come out and fix my problem. Star Power -Who I had used previously- gave me a zero customer service, rude attitude and would charge me $200 to just only look at the problem Despite offering a free consultation would not even return my emails or calls. Will never use StarPower again but would highly recommend Acme company to everyone
