Easy to work with and completed the job quickly.

I used Acme for multiple years with their annual lawn care package that included seasonal fertilization, weed spray, and aeration. Overall the work was average, with my lawn generally staying healthy but often getting weeds sooner and more often than other neighbors which led me to question their products. I also often had to reach out via text to their representative to ask when the next application would be throughout the year as there was little proactive communication once they annual payment was made. That's not why I'm writing this review, though. Earlier this year I moved houses out of their area and discussed a partial refund of my annual fee since they would no longer be working on the yard. Their representative initially agreed and provided a number that I was ok with but then stopped responding to me. I've since reached out to other contacts at the company and no one will respond. This is shady and generally unprofessional and I would advise against using them for this reason.

I hired these people during 2023 for sprinkler system activation/winterization and lawn maintenance. But in the spring of 2024, they basically just ghosted me. I reached out repeatedly to determine the status of my service. Their only response to my inquiries was "let me check the schedule and get back to you". In practical terms, they terminated my service, unilaterally and without explanation/warning/notice. The lead time involved in replacing this service has resulted in damage to my lawn. I can't consider them reliable. I would not recommend them.

Acme performed my sprinkler system winterization on time without a hitch.

The owner showed up on time, fixed everything, and didnâ  t charge a DIME for his work (resetting the controller). There was no attempt to sell us a newer controller and when we do need a new one, we will definitely be calling Manuel!

Manuel and crew were fantastic! Super quick and easy to respond, and fixed the issue easily at a good cost. I definitely recommend them!!

Great work & communication!

Acme did a great job. He designed the system so that even if there were additional water needs in the area my system would still provide full coverage. Overall they did a great job and finished the project in just a couple of days. The customer service after the fact has been great as well. There were a couple heads that needed some adjustment after the first year and when they did the system startup they took care of all of that. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a new system.
