I added extra work and they didn t try to rip me off. Did more work than I asked for. This is a five star company and Ken is a five star technician. I ve tried several companies and this is the best. I will definitely be using them in the future and I will always ask for Ken.

Bug and Insect Pest Control Service
We were told by the exterminator if the ants were gone in 7-10 days to give a call back. When we called back the telephone agent said it takes two to four weeks for the insecticide to work. We got two different time tables. Also, if they came back out, it would be a $50 service fee. Needless to say, I am not pleased!!
Response from Acme Pest Control Co Inc - Inicio Facebook
"Acme Pest Control is a locally owned and operated company. At Acme unlike most pest control companies we don't make you sign a contract for general pest service. We always explain that some pest may need more than a one time treatment and if we need to return for a call back service within 60 days there is a $50.00 call back fee. When the appointment was scheduled we went over the information with Mr. S. and at that time we also wrote call back fee $50.00 on our service ticket. We will be happy to come back and help Mr. S. with his ant issue but there is a $50.00 call back fee."
