This contractor did an excellent, complete and expert job. Completed the entire job and clean-up and satisfied all needs. Recommend for any and all homeowners that are on a septic system.

Home advisor put me in touch with Acme Sewer and Drain to pump out a septic tank. Dennis the owner contacted me right away and we set up and appointment to first excavate the tank lids and subsequently pump the tank. It was Labor day when I spoke with Dennis and he came out that same day (on a holiday !) to excavate the lids. From the onset, Dennis was very knowledgeable, professional and honest. I was very pleased with the whole process and would highly recommend Dennis for any plumbing need. To top it off, the final bill was lower than any competitors within the area. First and foremost: Honest. Seemed genuinely upset when he heard I had been ripped off by other plumbers. He's interested in doing a good job, not in trying to sell you a service you don't need. He's been a plumber for a long time. Knew what he was talking about and gave me a lot of practical information. I feel much better informed now.

Dennis is a great guy who has you or me in this case in mind and makes sure you are getting what you paid for. He is brutally honest which I like. he did the job after another company didn't do it properly and NO CHARGE to put camera down line where other company charged fee. I would recommend Dennis and Acme to do any kind of sewer job you have! Larry

They were scheduled for next day. They came and fixed the problem in about an hour.

Acme Sewer & drain are amazing! We were experiencing backups into the house & thought we just needed our septic pumped, but when that didn't fix the problem, Dennis stayed & helped us diagnose the issue. After discovering a pipe had burst under ground & that we'd have to do some digging he did everything he could to get our plumbing up and running. Even though it was more work than we had originally anticipated, they were flexible with us & helped us out with a payment plan. They were vigilant & saw the job all the way through to the finish to make sure we had our plumbing up & running as soon as possible. Good people, GREAT Customer Service!

Was a TROUBLE BIG HELP - unlike the company(Browns ) we had up to our mountain property at the start of this ordeal. Dennis was super and he even took a CHECK, unlike Browns who wanted CASH ONLY and didn't even pump out 1/3 of our tank.

Fast response. Knowledgable and courteous service. I'll call again when needed.
