My water heater is underneath my house. He took a picture of my leaking water heater and showed it to me. He quoted me a price od $800+, when he finished the price was $919. I did have hot water when he finished. He turned on the water in the kitchen to check. When I turned on the water in master bath, it sputtered then only a trickle. I called him the next day to let him know. He said he'd be there the next day. He came and did something to the aerator and left, there approx 10mins. When he left the faucet was dripping. I texted him immediately and sent a picture of the dripping. He told me what he did shouldn't have caused it to drip. Stated he'd be back at 9am to check. He never showed up nor let me know he wasn't coming. He also left the cover off the water meter. The faucet stopped dripping. It seemed he was only interested in the major project, not the minute details.
