Cesar was very professional, he was on time kept communication open, because I could not be there all the time. I had to put my trust in him to do the job and do it right without being supervised. He called when arriving at the job and called when he left. He told me what he had done and told me to call him if I had any questions about his work or quality of work. He started and completed the job when he said he would. I will use him again.
