"Mrs S is very personable person but was unreasonable. She said she wanted certain things done and when they were done, she changed her mind. She wanted doors to swing out told her that they would not meet code to do so. After I paid for the window she ordered, she said she didn't want the window installed. she had extra work done beyond the contract like deck etc. and wss asked to pay for that work. she didn't want to. I am trying to make her happy, but it doesn't seem possible. she never told me of her feelings until she complained to service magic."
