Fred and Co. were responsive to my needs for sewer line replacement. They completed the work on time, they left my jobsite in good condition. Fred is very good at explaining what was needed and gave me confidence in this investment. I would hire Bevelacqua again for future plumbing needs.

Very rude owner. I was under a lot of stress, I have lung cancer and they charged over $100.00 just to turn off the hot water tank I was yelling along with him about a quote he said he did give me one and I said he did not. So he called off his workers.
Response from Company:
We never performed this work

The workers were prompt and courteous. I was impressed with their concern for safety and efficiency. In addition to the high quality of work, the attention paid to on site management and organization is worthy of mention. I have 4 curious cats running around, the workers were extremely tolerant and watchful that their little helpers were out of harms way.

This company is BOMB. They came out on a Sunday morning to do a free quote. Pricing was beyond competitive. Then they got locates, permit, work, and city inspection completed in a SINGLE DAY which was especially important because the work was on a rental. Friendly, competent, fantastic customer service, and excellent pricing. I'd recommend them to anyone. Thank Acqua Plumbing!

Acgua plumbing did a good job of explaining the process for determining where the leak was and how they would go about repairing it. I will recommed to friends and use them for any future plumbing repairs.
Response from Company:
dan the customer was very great to work for, he worked in the manufactoring side of the pipe trade insdustries, when we explained to him that on the water main systems we install we use wersbo piping, all he had to due was look at the markings on the pipe and he knew right away he was getting the best system with a lifetime warranty, we installed a new water main system,100 ft long for 3500 dollars out the door. nobody beats our prices and nobody is better qualifted than ACQUA PLUMBING!! thanks DAN for your biz, fred owner of acqua plumbing 253-353-4602

The young fellow gave a "discounted" job bid of $1500 to repair the corroded and leaking copper water supply feedthrough pipe, 4' below ground on the outside and completely exposed on the inside through a 8'' concrete, basement wall. I'd tried to suggest a $1300 (starting) complete line replacement coupon from Angie's List to my elderly father...to no avail. The young fellow from Acqua was there, albeit unsolicited. The young fellow hired a day laborer to do all the digging, wall impact drilling, and... as it turned out the actual wall repair work. The laborer had the pipe dug-up and was left to cool in the near freezing temp for a couple of hours while the young fellow cashed the check for half the amount up-front, ran unknown errands, and purchased needed supplies (the house is within half-a-mile of both 'L's' and 'HD'). We'd permitted the laborer to wait in the basement garage with a chair. When the hammer drill finally arrived the laborer commenced to work from inside the basement. Drilling took about an hour. Then the young plumber commenced to make the repair. About an hour later the repair was done and pressure tested via the water hose water line by-pass we'd been using--the young plumber told us. About an hour after they'd left I went down from our family gathering to look at the repair from the basement side. I saw inside a length of PVC pipe, a new copper pipe and elbow joining the old copper, house water line. Around he new copper pipe was a hasty smear of cement over an equally hasty spray of poly foam. The cement around the PVC looked sufficient. I wondered, if the easy, inside basement wall patch looked this poor, how bad must the difficult outside patch be? When I looked outside I found the access hole filled with dirt. I decided to intercept the young plumber the next morning when he returned for the final $200 of his payment. The next morning I dug up the outside portion of the basement wall feedthrough. Save for the dirt, I found it completely open! There was not the slightest suggestion of any attempt at sealing either the PVC pipe to the concrete wall nor sealing the PVC pipe to the copper, water line patch! When the young plumber arrived I showed him what I'd found. "I never hire him again!" the young plumber said, referring to the laborer--as if the entire responsibility of the non-plumbing repair was his. I told the plumber what I wanted done. The PVC pipe was to be blown out with canned air, then filled with poly foam, and the knocked-out concrete wall, cemented. After purchasing more supplies, the plumber returned and did as I requested--while I watched. Finally he refilled the hole...and got his last check. As I understand it, in time, in moist surroundings--cement and concrete corrode exposed copper pipe--hence the need for the PVC feedthrough. The young plumber stated to me that the pressure of the concrete upon copper pipe can crush it--in support he showed me a portion of the obviously
Response from Company:
we never did this job, as the home owner stated he paid the youg fellow by check in his name, not acqua plumbing and all the problems happened late at night after the guy cashed the check, acqua plumbing has chacking accounts we don't use a check mart or whatever, this has been a on going problem, other people using acqua plumbings name then gettting checks in their name.

The owner came out to my house on a Sunday night for no charge to give me an estimate!! That is unheard of! Most companies charge a flat fee to give an estimate and if it's on a weekend you are looking at a couple hundred dollars! Amazing service! All the guys at my house were friendly and professional. And they went above and beyond what I expected! I really feel like they did the work exactly as they would want it in their own homes! On top of that they were very fast anyone with a sewer problem wants it done ASAP, and they more than delieverd! I can't express how thankful I am! Amazing!

Swift response to our complicated sewer issue. Their quote saved us $3000. Kept us informed daily as project progressed. We used them again for an inside toilet issue. Great family team! Very happy with Acqua.
