I thought I had found the best swimming pool service in the State of Florida for $140.00 a month. The proposal was detailed, the first visit was amazing with the uniforms and chemical testing equipment, and I was told would be used once a month for a more detailed analysis of the pool water. Not so! Service seemed seamless and the pool looked great. Not too far into the initial service, I realized that the pool filter was in need of cleaning and that the pump basket was also left full of debris, etc. I own a 21,000-gallon outdoor pool, so it is important for the pump basket to be examined every week and cleaned if needed, which did not happen over and over. Additionally, during one service, the tech left the pool filter relief valve wide open and I did not discover it for hours! I am so relieved that I was not gone when this happened as chlorine was spraying everywhere and if left on there would have been chlorine damage and the pool water would have been so low that equipment would have blown for sure. Initially, there were apologies and some changes in technicians, but nothing really changed at all during the one year plus I was with them with regards to my grievances. I recently complained about the pump basket not being cleaned so the owner *fired* me from service. This company never used chlorine pucks, yet in the beginning, they had it checked off that the chlorinator was filled and the baskets cleaned, etc. which was not true. Additionally, they also indicated they vacuumed the pool each week, which was false because some of their visits were less than 15 minutes. On one occasion, I went to a lab with a water sample the same day they were there and the chlorine reading was low whereby they had indicated it was high. Not a confidence builder! They did treat an algae problem but I had to backwash the filter the next day because they did not come back to follow-up. When it rained during the summer, they did partial service with the explanation they cannot work when it is storming outside. Amazing how many times that happened! In closing, I would not recommend this company ever and please know the BBB has already been after them for violating the DBPR statutes with respect to not using a licensed pool contractor for repairs! Stay clear of this company, they are dishonest!

I got an estimate for salt water conversion, they did not want to honor the quote, I had to go back and forth with emails to get them to honor it. I did not get pool service one week, request for refund was ignored. I canceled my service. They lack integrity.

I got a response for Jose very quickly. He came out the very next day and gave me a quick quote. Reasonably priced. Every time he comes outta service the pool he makes sure to send a picture as well as a quick blurb about the progress of the pool. Would recommend to anyone looking for someone who is looking for a good quality pool service company.

Great customer service and they go above and beyond what I expect. Their prices are unbeatable. They clean up after themselves and all around the pool area. I will definitely be referring them and they have been the best ones when it comes to pools.
