Monthly flat rates start at $145 for a pool of 12,000-gallons or less with little to no surrounding vegetation. The price rises depending on the pool's complexity, water volume, and surrounding vegetation (It’s not the same for a screened pool as a pool with a big tree on top of it). Includes weekly visits, manual labor, chemicals and filter cleaning. Types of pools we clean: Residential In-ground concrete pool. NOT acrylic spas, commercial, above-ground, vinyl, or glass fiber pools.
