Terrible! Mr. Matt Manfred/Mr. Tony Cardilllo have no intention to settle a judgment of $2,580.00! Their agreement is illegal with no detail/content, and no signature to trap consumers for the deposit!

Will not come out to provide estimate without writing up for what 3window minimum replacement.

Great Salesman! We have an Old South Philadelphia House! We needed our doors replaced & wanted to stay as close to the double door entry as possible. Ken Novick came out, measured, went over the options & gave us a Great Deal! He was Very Helpful and Funny! I Highly Recommend Him!        

I paid ACRE a significant deposit for the installation of 2 large windows in December. I received an update on the progress of the project in early January followed by a prolonged silence with many emails going unanswered. I finally got in touch with a new person who is a â Director of Client Services.â They gave me the same update in June that I received in January. No progress. No timeline for installation. When I pressed for further information the â Director of Client Servicesâ refused to respond. Wonâ t respond to emails. I can only call the companyâ s main number since no direct number has been provided. Itâ s been over five weeks since Iâ ve heard from anyone in the company other than a receptionist who wonâ t transfer me to anyone. Without doubt, the worst customer service Iâ ve received from any company. At this point it appears that they have taken thousands of dollars from me. It appears to be fraud.

Sales gimmick, but satisfied with the job.

Replaced picture window & custom size sliding patio door. Installers arrived on time; showed me damaged wood that needed replacement; completed installation of items efficiently and were conscientious and meticulous. Cleaned all debris when job was completed. Would recommend to others. Also pleased with pricing.

I am relocating to Florida in July 2019 and need three windows replaced first. I paid for the windows by check on the spot on May 2. I told the sales rep. about my tight schedule. He assured me in person that the windows would be installed by June 28. It is now July 7. I still am waiting. (On June 13, I e-mailed a manager for an update. She blamed problem on the manufacturer and promised to get back to me on June 17. After more than two weeks, she has yet to reply to my inquiry.) The windows are the only major construction project standing between me and Florida. After checking with family members and websites, I learned that the windows were grossly overpriced. I felt taken. If I had to buy windows again, I would never use this company. By the way, make sure you communicate with this company exclusively by e-mail so that you have an accurate, written record of their assertions. Furthermore, check other companies before you sign any contract. Insist on a definite date for completion. Make sure its written in the contract. If they wont do that, buy somewhere else.

They took my deposit of $2400 and never came back or returned my calls or emails.

Never would hire this company does want to take a look at any installation job unless you are getting a lot of windows done and very expensive

My experience with the salesman and install crew was positive. However, my experience with the in office staff left everything to be desired. No one ever proactively called me regarding next steps. I had to initiate each call and only then would I get the information regarding what was happening next and when. There were issues with my installation, and I struggled to get the office staff to respond to my calls on how the issues would be resolved. ACRE was quick to cash my checks, but slow and non responsive in addressing the problems with their work. I agree with other reviewers that the pricing process was odd. I was given 1 price at the time the contract was signed, only to have the price increase two weeks later because they could not honor the original price I was offered.

Did not replace the door. Will not return calls to schedule the job. Very poor customer service. Got tired of waiting from September 2018 to February 2019 for easy install to get done (nothing special about my job), notified them we want to cancel. No return call or refund of deposit - they still have $2,500+ of our money. Do NOT do business with this company!

Had their salesman Don come out to replace an exterior door and give me an estimate for their front door. He was very nice, here for over two hours giving us the rundown about how great they are and how they stand behind their product and get the job done at the quoted price. How their upfront pricing is guaranteed. I only wanted a basic side exterior door and was quoted a price. We both signed the contract. Waited 2 weeks and never heard back from them. Called them and was then told that they couldn?t deliver the product at the price that they quoted me. To their credit they never charged me the deposit fee, but i found it funny that one of their biggest selling point was their word that the price the yquote you is firm, but didn?t deliver on their word. Maybe they only do that if you buy a $14,000 door

He dhowrd up on time and did an excellent kid. My only complaint is he did not clean up afterward and he never actually sent me a bill. I paid in cash on the spot,,but I would have liked a receipt,

DO NOT i repeat DO NOT hire this company. I would give it 0 stars if I could. It is the worst company I have ever dealt with since I was 18 years old and I have owned 3 homes. The salesman John Schierer lied about everything. From financing plans , to the company itself and installation. This company installed both doors improperly, actually broke one of my doors, and actually broke my wall. The doors leak worse now than my original doors from 1925. I am still currently fighting to get anything fixed. They have ghosted my and have not responded to any phone calls and have not answered any recent emails. I have called 2 offices and nothing. They will not even give out higher management information, so there is no one to help. I would not wish this amount of stress and frustration on anyone. Please listen to this review. I have never filled out a review to this level. I just hope to save one person for not making the mistake I have.

It took months to get the windows. The window installation team was great - very professional. The windows are nice although we are still getting quite a bit of condensation on the inside which was the same problem we had with the old windows. We feel we should have been able to replace all of our windows for the price we paid rather than just half of them. And we never got the $1500 off that Home Advisor said we would get for booking our appointment the same day. That would have least paid for one more window.

Good: Installation crew and job was excellent Bad: Customer service and meeting promises. Did not return phone calls and a 4 week wait turned into 4 months.

Had one issue with a window install, will need to be addressed, corrected. Repairs needed on frame\wall, then window need to be replaced. Top of windows not caulked on front lower, upper top of back windows.

The two man crew of Peter and Big Mike were very professional and excellent at there craft. They installed six windows and one door in a timely manner with excellent quality. It was my pleasure meeting both men and thanks again for the quality work you performed at my home..
