They were incredibly thorough with their work and even went above and beyond with their services. They were incredibly hard-working, kind, and polite. Once they got moving they were moving and very focused on their work. An absolute pleasure to converse with them once they were done. 5/5 would highly recommend.

Worst company ever!! The owner is unprofessional. Takes your money and never shows up. Will not answer the phone to refund your money back.

"This job was done last fall and we wish we would have heard about this right after the work. We give a period of time that we allow for rectification. when a rating or review is the only contact and instead of days or a week or months, so we would offer a free carpet room cleaning. we do answer our phone and we do make things right. This is sad that this is the first we heard about the hits problem. it is sad that this is how we hear about these things sometimes."

I was pressed to have the carpet cleaned today. I called Acrosstime and he said he could be at my home within the hour and he kept his word. He did an excellent job of vanishing those awful stains and the carpet is so clean all over. Thank you for your expertise. respect, and professional manner.

Honest and fair-would have rated customer service at five but it was stated by George that he would cone the next day and pick up his fans. He did not, said there was an emergency cleaning somewhere else. He should have called me.

We had carpet and rug damage from a recent storm. We thought it would be quick, in-and-out job, but George did not rush through the job, but instead took a look at the things we were not seeing and addressed them first. We thought we might still end up throwing all the carpet, padding, and rugs away, but Across Time was able to restore all of them to the point we are comfortable with our young kids playing on them again.
