We purchased the bathtub that was to be installed by Acrown from Home Depot. It had a concealed defect (until removed from packaging). Our impression was Acrown wanted us to accept the bathtub as is and move forward. We eventually came to an agreement to exchange the tub and we paid them an additional $100 for their extra time.
