Disaster. I hired ACT Custom and Furniture Cleaning to dry clean my custom made three pleat pinched drapes. He lied. He took three panels, destroyed one altogether, which I never saw again, and delivered two back that are shrunk 8 inches from the floor! The owner damaged the traverse rods trying to make the shrunk drapes fit. They no longer open and close easily. These custom-made drapes cannot be replaced with ready-made drapes which do not, in any way replicate my drapes, including the correct size. I signed no legal waiver that allowed him to destroy my drapes and traverse rods. He never explained what happened. He said he was sorry. This does not replace my drapes, or injury he has caused me.

The quote was $80. When the tech arrived he informed me that was for soap and water. To spot clean $150. Sprayed with a water bottle. Scrubbed with soapy water. Left streaks he missed Took 3 days to dry because he was in a hurry and did not get all the water out. Also. Dirty areas are still dirty. No actual spots ever. Just regular wear. Paid cash. No receipt was given.

Sheers done, but 2 pairs fell apart (told it was due to sun which was possible) and was not told about it until returning them for installation. We got new traverse rods for windows in dining room (1@100" and 2 @50" in width). Agent did not install and left for us to do. Cleaning looked fine on those those done. Company was given over month to do and then changed dates on us for installation. Also verbally raised price $500.00 until he looked up estimate.

This place is a total rip-off. The only good thing I can say about them is the staff was friendly and that they were willing to come over the next day. When I asked why the price of $450 was so high, the fellow on the phone LIED and said they did a lot of detail including cleaning cabinets. They did no such thing. They left post-construction filth everywhere and what little they did, I had to get them to come back in. A total waste and rip-off. I will be communicating with another company all together. avoid under all circumstance.

Terrance is someone I can trust. I have been cheated several times when having carpets or furniture cleaned. Terrance was very honest with me about cleaning some of my furniture. He made some recommendations and his price was fair. His service was excellent.
