Half the price that another company quoted me, and they did a great job.

John was our representative. He took samples of our RV mold, was very pleasant and professional. No payment was required at inspection time. Inspection was a month plus ago, and no word back. We tried to call the number we had previously used, but it was no longer in service. In short, thankfully we did not have to pay up front, and are still waiting for results. If John is no longer with the company, then will need to find another company or have them track down the samples and results for us. Still waiting...

Great prices and service technician John Henry was a gem. Very polite, quick and thorough in a flash he was done. I'm going to hire Action 911 again next week and, i of projects disasters that need fixing. I have a lot disasters that need fixing. Thank you, great job!

Excellent! Very professional. Kept me informed of all services needed and when they would be done.

Did not properly clean return vent on HVAC system. The technicians machine broke down as he was cleaning return. When he could not get it working again, he told me he was at the end anyway so it did not matter. After he left, I looked for myself and saw the return was still covered in dust. Emails to business went unanswered and I had to call them directly. Business said I would have to hire an HVAC company to clean my return since their equipment was not designed for return vent. I explained that was the whole reason I hired them, as the return was the most problematic component of my system. I confirmed with the scheduler when they quoted me that it could be cleaned to which he replied **yes** I sent the business photos to show the incomplete work and they still have not responded. Dishonest and misleading company. Do not recommend. Still fighting for a solution.
