Took a week to hear from them. Then came right out a fixed both problems quickly. A little on the expensive side though. Still haven't gotten my email receipt that was promised either. Great work and would use them again.

When they first came out, and checkd the toilet, they couldn't find anything wrong, because my uncle had gone before Action Air, and tried to fix the problem, so we thought it was taken care of. I pais for the service call, and they left. This is the good part when i hadvto call Action back put, they came back and took care of everything. Ivwill use them again, and recommended they to everyone.
