Doesn't return calls and left us hanging for months. We finally had to hire another company. The initial repair job did not fix the problem at all. So in the end, we were out time and money. This gentleman is not reliable AT ALL.

Jr. was on time, took one look and knew what was wrong and fixed it. He even cleaned up the lint behind the washer and dryer when he was done.

I had my washer cleaned because it has lots of mold/mildew in the wash water. After the service the mold/mildew is still there. It hasnt even been reduced. Action Appliance even replaced the water lines - at an additional expense. After the Pro left I noticed my drain hose was punchered and the hot water line was leaking. Neither problem existed before the service call. Also, the dryer vent was disconnected. The guys very nice and courteous but It was a compete waste of time and money.

Fixed the fridge problem in 2 visits. JR showed up when he said...was very prompt, but called me when he was going to be ten minutes last. I like that service. Had to order a part, but saved our 10 year old GE from being tossed out...what I was told to do by another repair company. Fixed for $300 instead of a $2000-$3000 new one. Good job JR! "Thanks for your rating and comment, however I have given plenty of time for this comment to be up dated since the job that we have been pd for has been completed, folks need to realize and understand Action Appliance has NO !! control over how fast we can receive any parts that have to be back ordered ( which means the manufacturer don't have them in stock ) Also this comment was posted even before the Date given to the customer that the parts was to arrive, which did Receive them on the date they were due. This is a good example of why Action Appliance don't charge for parts that we don't have with us until we have them"

J.R. came out the next day and fixed my refrig. promptly. He also cleaned out the coils and defroster hose thoroughly; and the dirt behind it, too. He was friendly and courteous and I would hire him again for appliance repairs.

They were not able to make the first appointment we arranged. He did call and say he got tied up on the previous appointment and would try to make it later the same day. We had other plans so we made an appointment for the next morning. He called to let me know exactly when he would be there. They showed up and fixed the stove in short order. Gave me a discount on the part since he wasn't able to come when expected the day before.

Our refrigerator freezer was making a noise. From what I had researched, it appeared it might either be a fairly simple issue I could fix myself, or a little more complex issue that would annoy me and require a part I didn't have. I chose to call someone and get it over ASAP. From other positive reviews, we chose Action Appliance. We are glad we did. RJ called us and gave us several options for a timely appointment. After setting it up, RJ arrived on time, was quick and courteous, fixed the problem and charged a very reasonable price. I will use Action Appliance again for when repair problems arise.

I booked the appointment through Home Advisor, but the repairman never showed up. When I called the given phone number, no one answered. This company should be removed from Home Advisor's website, because I have used this website many times before and I have never had a company that simply does not show up or call. Very disappointed.

He showed up as expected the 1st trip but after 45 minutes he realized he needed a special tool to get the panel off of our dishwasher. He left saying he "might be back" that night. He called later that evening and said he had to order the tool...seriously?? I set up another appt for him to come back out and he never showed up or called.
