Patrick did a good job of reviewing the job and providing a reasonable estimate. Started and finished the work in one day. Driveway looks great. Several days after the work was complete, I texted and sent several pictures where the asphalt was spaulding in small areas. My only complaint was the response, it seems when you spend what the drive way cost, a response that the drive way is good bothered me.

Patrick was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions and concerns. He was attentive after the estimate and we scheduled within a week. There was a written estimate and the price did not change after that. Everything was completed exactly as described.

Action Asphalt gave me a reasonable quote and stated everything we negotiated to be completed in writing. They did a professional job, and completed each aspect of the job that they had committed to. They were pleasant to deal with, and there were no surprises. I would highly recommend this company.

they had people direct traffic in our street because of the large equipment they used to do our driveway. That kept everyone safe. They finished in about 4 hrs and we could drive on it right away.

Oct 10, 2018. We need some warranty work done on an expensive chip seal job. After several calls and time spent Patrick told me he will come out in the Spring 2019 and take care of it. I will modify this review once I find out how the work comes out. _________________________________ Modified May 15, 2019. I will modify again if things work or not. Our driveway looks like a gravel driveway with loose gravel on the entire surface. It is supposed to be a solid chip seal surface. The last layer was tan gravel to match our surroundings, however it did not seal, since it was dirty gravel in the first place and not washed properly. I am still waiting for Action Asphalt to follow through on what they agreed to. John, one of the owners, told me they have a big job elsewhere and will not be able to do it until July. During the same conversation he told me he did not think it was their fault, and it is the first time he has heard about it. However, I notified them of the lack of bonding of the gravel twice the first year and 2 more times after that. That first year, John told me to give it time to bond. They also told me if there were any problems they would take care of it. I hope they do. It was an expensive job. ____________________ Update 8-27-19. No action, just excuses why they cannot fix this mess. Driveway is dissolving before our eyes. Will need to pay someone else to fix it. Try to get a 3-5 year warranty with this company. It is hard to know in 1 year if the job is OK or not. In our case it was not OK. And do not succumb to hard sale tactics on the job for extras. You will be sorry. Remember, there are plenty of other companies out there that would be happy to do the job.

Driveway looks great

The crew did a great job, very nice and professional. However, my signed document for the job stated one price and at the end was an additional amount for Tax? that I was unaware was going to happen. My spouse was told I know about it? I did not I was out of town when the project was done and completed. I found out about the addition only after reading my email when I returned, Over all good company watch the add-ons though.

Showed up quickly, sealed the big cracks, and coated the driveway fully. Left a mark on the stucco wall and partly covered the concrete around the gate, so not a perfect job.

I received reasonable estimates for two driveway projects after John discussed the details how he would perform the work. The crew arrived an hour later and completed both projects in one hour. That was possible because they have 40 employees and been in the business for 20 plus years. The two-man team lead by an 11-year employee worked together seamlessly.

Patrick called to schedule my estimate within 5 minutes of my request. He was at my home later that afternoon with my estimate and completed the work the next day. They even returned and fixed a problem after listening to a concern my husband had. We are extremely pleased with the professionalism and courtesy of everyone who worked on our driveway!

I got an estimate from Patrick w/ Action Asphalt at 9am and after a short negotiation on price, we had an assume deal. The crew was on site between 10 and 11 that same morning. They broke out an old concrete slab, leveled the ground, and installed over 6,000 sq ft of asphalt by 3pm! I was truly amazed at the professional work and crew they have! I can't express how happy I am with the quality of work performed. Excellent company! I will recommend they to anyone needing asphalt work! Thank you!

Great company and fantastic people. WOW!!! They did a fantastic job on my driveway and parking area. No more muddy driveway in the East Mountains!!!! I will be using them again in the future for our business parking lot too.

Action Asphalt responded to my inquiry immediately and had a representative on site within a couple of hours. The quoted price was very fair, especially for a non profit organization like us. Action Asphalt was on the job removing the old parking lot that same day and they completed the project in one day at the beginning of the next week. They had modern, new equipment, had 8-10 men on the project. They were all friendly, efficient and competent. The project looks great, was done on time, and was very competively price. In fact, the job was so well done and the pricing fair that I agreed to have other asphalt removed and decorative gravel installed as a change order.
