My name is Clayton Klock. I am a Certified Building Inspector and a member (candidate) of the California Real Estate Inspection Association. I have 30+ years of hands on Construction, Building, Maintenance, and Installation experience beginning in 1972 as Electrical Contractor and Maintenance Supervisor in my own Company. We also do Mold Inspections, and consulting in association with the inspection industry, but I do not do any repair work for fee on properties that I have inspected. We work for you, our sole concern is that you know about any visible deficiencies and safety issues related to your new home. While sellers and real estate agents are required by law to disclose all known problems in a home, it is still important to thoroughly assess the condition of the home and its related systems within the time frame specified in your purchase offer.
