Likewise, we liked Dean and ordered work to repair our outside door in early November. We have not been able to use our door and it is all we get our lies and avoidances. He has kept the half of the money we fronted 3 months ago.

Dean was a very personable guy when sealing the deal. Unfortunately, he took my 5k and disappeared. The job was supposed to be started in six to eight weeks? eight and a half months later, and all I have gotten are lies and avoidance. Hearing through the grapevine that there are money issues and this has been happening to others lately? buyer beware

I needed to have an entry door replaced ASAP. Dale worked with me immediately. He came out to give me an estimate & called to order the door before he left my home. Came out the next day and installed my door. Excellent customer service and workmanship.

My vinyl kitchen floor was replaced with vinyl wood-grain flooring. It made the kitchen look like a new room. The guys did a great job and they were enjoyable to have in my home.

They did excellent work, were very nice and very pleasant to work with.

Austin and Dean were both friendly and professional. I originally called because one of the rollers on the door broke, but then Austin discovered a second problem I hadn't noticed where the opening mechanism was scraping the ceiling of the garage. He ordered the parts and fixed the second part, all for a reasonable price and within a couple of days. I would absolutely hire them again!

Responded to a request for service to resolve some minor long-term problems with the operation of our overhead double door. The problem was diagnosed quickly and corrected in a short period of time at very reasonable cost. Door now operates better than at any time in the past 24 years!

The guys were awesome. I have a 3 yr old and he was all about helping, they let him help do a few things when he was able to and he loved it. Thank you that was the light of his day. But beside that, the doors look amazing and they did a great job and I LOVE THEM. I was unsure about the new style of the roll away screens but I love them. The best thing ever, all screen doors should be like this. Very reasonable price. Dean was awesome, really worked with us, he made it possible for us to do this project.

Very courteous and good workers....maybe I could have done without the radio blaring all the time...Dean worked with any issues I had...some boards on the deck are lifting which I am not happy about...otherwise, I am pretty happy with the results as Action was a good bit lower than my other estimate...since I first posted my review, Dean has come to access the situation...he corrected most of my issues and is coming back next week to replace a board...very pleased with the outcome!!!

Excellent work on fixing our screen door, replacing the lock on our sliding glass door and installing a storm door.

I'm extremely happy on all counts. They installed a front door and two sidelights. I had a quote on the exact same door (same manufacturer) from another company but Action's quote was 30% lower. They were very thorough in helping us choose what we wanted, flexible with scheduling, and the installation left us with a beautiful, professional result. Really boosted the curb appeal of our home. When the deadbolt from our old door didn't quite fit the new one they even went and bought a replacement piece, keyed it for us, installed it, and didn't charge more. One of the installers used our bathroom and noticed the door was prone to sticking and took a few minutes to fix it, too. That is true, quality, friendly service. We have already scheduled them for flooring and have several other jobs we look forward to having them complete.

I didn't get an older pro. I got 2 young men to do the job. I would have been more satisified with someone more experienced .They got the job done , but they need some more experience to have a more professional finish ! I paid for a better finish look. They cane out and did the job when others did not, so over all I'm satisfied!
