1. Did not come prepared with a usable face mask, I had to provide the tech with one. 2. I provided your Pro, with all the needed information the day before his arrival, I provided the date on the back of my T.V. as he requested. I also explaineed that the T.V. had a flickering vertical line. 3. He stated that the home visit of $59.00 would probably cover most of the cost. 4. He stood in front of the T.V. for several minutes then said you will need a T.V. panel. He never said this would be a possibility when we spoke. 5. I was not prepared to be highly disappointed with his diagnostic out of the left field. 6. He gave me the feeling that he just wanted the fee for coming to my home.

The customer never requested a mask. The customer was told that the s/c would apply to the bill if TV is repaired. Not cover most of the repair. Always tell the customer that there is a possible bad panel if the tv has a line before doing the call. The customer was obviously disappointed that the TV could not be repaired cheap so wrote a bad review. The main objective is to repair a TV as economical as possible. No repair shop can stay in business just collecting house call fees!

I never ever recommend this guy. Do not know if other reviews came from his friends, but if you are looking for someone knowledgable that can help you, then this is not the right person. I never used HomeAdvisor, my first time calling him. But he came, did not even listen about the project, asked to change tv board with labor that it would cost $500. So basically, spent 1 minute got $50, and add to that he asked for $500 to replace the board. The board price for my tv is $95, so the rest goes to his pocket.

Came out and evaluated our TV after a lightning strike. Was very upfront and honest about the situation and provided the service we needed.

    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
