I had a very pleasant experience with this company, with the owner Clay, and with Wendel, the technician. I received a call from Clay minutes after I entered the request on HomeAdvisor. We set up an appointment for the next day, today, with Wendel. Wendel arrived on time, he was professional and very pleasant. He explained what he was going to do regarding replacing the smoke detectors, how the hard wiring works, etc. He got to work immediately and replaced all of my detectors and tested them. There was an issue with beeping, and Wendel reworked each detector methodically until the issue was resolved and we were both satisfied. I am very happy with this service and I enjoyed having Wendel in my home. I would hire them again, if needed, and I would request Wendel, he is truly an asset to this company. A very nice and professional young man. I recommend this company. Well done.

I'm very happy with their work. We had a small problem and the owner, Clay came out immeditly and took care of the problem. If I should have any other problems or issues with my fire system , I will call Action Fire Protection.

Robb, the technician, was a joy to work with. Because my system is older, he had to order parts and had to make more than one trip to complete the project. He was professional, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable about my system, explaining everything to me and answering all my questions. I would recommend Action Fire Protection to everyone and I will use them again.
