From the first meeting with Dalton Rushing, Owner of Action Arborist, to the end of the difficult job of removing the trees…this company was nothing but prompt, professional and efficient! Jesse ran the crew and kept us informed during the process. They took care of our issues and cleaned up behind themselves extremely well. What a team of professionals. Every one of the guys were awesome. They came, they saw, they conquered. Took down a huge water oak that was on its way out, and part of another that needed.pruning. Ground the stump basically down to the dust. Trimmed limbs away that were approaching our roof line. Our yard actually was cleaner after they left before than began. I highly recommend this crew for any work you have. Bottom line they are who you should for any tree work.

The customer service experience was positive and the rep, and the workers were personable. I did ask why some of the debris was not discarded with the removed tree. I was told that the vine was not mentioned in the quote, but if the vine was part of the tree being removed I figured the related vine should have been too. My fault for not being more specific.

Dalton and his team developed the logistics of the job then removed a big dead pine tree from my backyard, cleaned everything afterwards plus removal and reinstall of a section of my fence. all in just a few hours!! - Dalton (CEO) personally came to my house on time for a professional, knowledgeable and fair estimate. -The crew showed up on time extremely weâ ll prepared and did exactly what was agreed upon with efficiency and professionalism. -Dalton came personally at the end to make sure all was done properly. They showed up when they said they would for the quote and when it came time for the tree removal. They had great customer service. They did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. However, there were more wood chips left behind from the stump gridding than I expected.

From when he showed up on time initially to give myself and my neighbor free written quotes to when he and his crew completed their huge tasks yesterday, they were amazing! Respectful and professional in everything they did. They removed huge pine trees in difficult locations by using an 80 ton crane to lift them over our houses. Nothing was dropped in our yards and when the crew left you could not believe that anyone or any equipment had been there. Spotless! A hardworking company whose quotes were very reasonable. We hired the company to remove two trees and stumps. The entre crew was very professional and courteous. The completed work great and the time it took them was less than I actually expected to be. The removal of the trees gave our home a brand new look and the crew made sure they did not leave debris anywhere. They were very safety conscience and took their time to ensure the job was done correctly. They were very well priced. Definitely worth the money to get it done right the first time.
