Action Home Properties

Job was done the right way, the first time, in time.

Discussed options, agreed on a plan an completed the work in a timely manner.

I can’t speak to price because he the only one I received a quote from. He replaced four fence posts. The work was good, clean-up could have been a little bit better.

We paid top dollar to have a gate repaired and a post installed by Byron of Action Home Properties in Greeley. The job ultimately cost an additional $100, yet when completed, the gate still did not properly close?the very problem we hired him to correct. We then waited more than two weeks for the issue to be addressed. On a second gate, he failed to install a necessary latch screw, leaving that gate unable to close as well, and then indicated he needed more money to complete it. There were also agreed contract obligations that were not completed without being questioned, including hauling away the excess dirt from the post work. We were even asked whether that work really needed to be done, despite it being part of what had been agreed upon. Based on my experience, there was poor follow-through, incomplete workmanship, failure to complete agreed obligations, and repeated bargaining for additional money for work I understood to be included in the original agreement. Be Warned!

Very fast and efficient. Thanks to Byron, my gate is now standing.

Byron and Shawn were always on time, ready to work and very pleasant. They actually did some small perifrial jobs for me without asking for payment. Of course I gave extra, the work was so appreciated. They worked well as a team and were sure to do the repairs as I requested. Wonderful!

Prompt, friendly, honest.

They did a great job. Very courteous and professional. It was a pleasure to work with them.

Very competitive Pricing, Got the Job done, fast and efficient Very Satisfied

Great job. Great price. I have recommended them to others.

Byron did great job on a majority of the work, but we had to have another contractor come out and review the work he did on a fence door/gate.

Great job Byron! Very responsive, reasonable pricing. Highly recommend

He was great. Was able to complete work as promised. Very happy with service

Very pleased !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Byron completed the project in a timely fashion. He was polite, professional, and made sure that we were satisfied with the work he had done.

I hired Byron to replace a rotten gatepost, and repair two wooden gates. The post was butted against the sidewalk, and a sprinkler head was right next to it. Byron set the post without disturbing anything else, and repaired both gates even better than when they were first installed. He gave me a good price, and the workmanship was EXCELLENT. He was prompt, and I couldn't be more pleased. I will definitely recommend him to neighbors and friends.

Byron was awesome, I got a quote the same day I initiated contact. Job complete within next 3 days. My fence looks brand new, makes me proud!!

Byron and his crew were very efficient and professional. They were there when they said they would be, did quality work and were competitive in their pricing.

I would highly recommend! Quick response. Same day quote. Professional & polite. The neighbors dogs were barking at them & they remained calm throughout the project. The fence looks great.

Very professional and courteous. Got the job done.

Byron was awesome. We had someone crash into our backyard and take out a portion of our privacy fence and duck coop. He understood the urgency of the repairs and was able to start working right away. He was easy to talk to and answered all my questions. His quote was reasonable and he fixed everything we asked him to. We will definitely call Byron again when we have need of other repairs.

They were very professional and easy to talk to. They did exactly what they explained to me and cleaned up after themselves. They have also given me other information I asked of them and I expect I will be using them again for a larger project. Overall I am very satisfied with Action Home Properties.

The team was very professional, quick to answer questions, and a pleasure to work with.
