Aluminum or Steel Fence - Repair
They left town without completing my fence. They were paid in full. I had to pay another contractor $1000.00 to complete the fence.

I was so impressed with the superior quality of this company's work that I gave each of the four (4) installers $10.00 to purchase lunch. I also added a five percent (5%) bonus to the contract price for superior work, timeliness, cleanliness and courtesy. I will recommend this company to anyone that needs fencing or home repairs.

The fence is beautiful. The only concern I have is, whether the fence is stable enough to handle strong wind. I am concerned about the lack of (enough)cement used to secure each post. But, we'll see.

When they started the project they did a great job. All the workers were friendly and well mannered. Gary and Donald were especially thoughtful. My only suggestion is if you tell a client you will be there and can't make it, a phone call would be nice. I will gladly rcommend this company to anyone and would use them again myself.

The fence looks really good. My only negative comment is the latch to the gate. It is of lower quality and several shaking of the gate, the latch comes undone. In my opinion, I would not have installed this latch knowing that the customers are fencing in the yard for a pet. Otherwise I am very happy with Action II.
